2018 Collegiate Chapter Awards

The 2018 Collegiate Chapter Award recipients were announced this year at Leadership Seminar.

Alpha Delta Pi collegiate chapter awards serve to motivate and inspire chapters. The goal of the
awards program is to create positive momentum, celebrate success, and reward the highest level of
excellence in our sisterhood.

Chapter awards are achieved by meeting high standards in whole-chapter operations across all
functional areas, including recruitment, member retention, membership engagement, involvement in
outside organizations and campus leadership positions, chapter members service hours, chapter
GPA, business operations including accounts receivable and net income, and member experience
based on responses to the annual membership survey.

Performance awards are based on the academic year and are presented annually at the summer
meeting, except for the Maxine Blake Golden Lion Award, which is presented once a biennium
during Grand Convention. Chapters apply annually in the spring for the award for which they
determine they qualify; however, if a chapter does not qualify for the awards for which they have
applied, their application can be considered for a lesser award. Chapters can receive only one
award on the Performance Award spectrum per year. There are three levels of awards given out at
Leadership Seminar. Award criteria is outlined in the Chapter Operations Book. Chapters may
receive the One Diamond, Two Diamond, or Three Diamond Award.
