Alpha Delta Pi encourages a membership which represents a diverse population and we recognize the value this brings to our sisterhood. Diversity comes in many ways and, we are stronger when we celebrate our common values and appreciate the differences we each bring. As we consider the role of diversity and inclusion in our sisterhood, we recognize our responsibility to update our policies and processes to stay aligned with and meet the needs of our membership.
