Alpha Delta Pi has 131 chapters with some type of facility (house, townhouse, suite, dorm floor). Collectively, just under 4,000 collegiate members live in Alpha Delta Pi facilities.
Chapter facilities are owned and/or operated by a local house corporation or Alpha Delta Pi’s International House Corporation (IHC) for use by the collegiate chapters. Alpha Delta Pi’s Executive Office Housing & Facilities staff aids in support of chapter facilities and property along with the Facility Resource Director International Officer volunteer team.
