ADPi Properties, Inc. is a property and facility management group that offers facility and asset support to Alpha Delta Pi chapters and house corporations. This separate legal entity is governed by the the ADPi Properties, Inc. board of directors and day-to-day operations are supported by the Housing and Facilities Staff at Executive Office.
The team works to operate, equip, maintain, improve, and manage chapter houses, lodges, townhouses, suites, chapter rooms, and other properties for collegiate chapters where members of the Sorority can live together, engage in social interaction, study, and/or participate in other activities.
The Properties Services Program is a property and facility management program within ADPi Properties, Inc. Alpha Delta Pi chapters and house corporations of all sizes – including those without a designated facility have the option to enroll into the program for support in day-to-day facility and project management through various vendor partnerships.
